day12-wed We got permission from the government to climb the big rock in Soroti in the morning. At the top of the rock is the town reservoir, some soldiers, and a great view. When one of the soldiers learned that I had been in the army, he wanted to know if I knew Swahili, because that is the universal language, and all soldiers know Swahili.
